We will be back, if we come to Leicester. Professional staff, magnificent location, fabulous food. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the twin room, as well as an air conditioning, an iron and a writing desk etc.

That wardrobe was missing. Tbh, this hotel needs some tlc.
